Once In a Lifetime

By definition, once in a lifetime opportunities come along, that’s right, “Once in a Lifetime”.

Like climbing Mt Everest.   You only get one chance.

But, what about the guides?  Recently a sherpa guide in Nepal set a record by reaching the Everest summit for the 26th time!

Why so many?  Because to make your “once in a lifetime” come true, a Sherpa needs to know how to lead.

That’s an analogy for you if you are considering building your next home.

It’s a once in a lifetime chance to do it your way.  If you’ve never done it before, don’t try to do it alone.

Here are five reasons you need a guide for your New Home Construction project:

  • You need a voice: Builders have plans, and they’ve built homes for others. But they’ve never built your dream home. A new home construction guide can help bridge the communication gap, speaking yours and the builders language.

  • You need eyes: Once you’ve started building, who do you have on your side to watch over the project? You’ll need someone watching to ensure nothing gets overlooked or under delivered. Remember, what goes inside the walls and under the floors stays there!

  • You need a contractor: Not all builders are alike. What kind of builder is right for you? A guide knows the playing field, and the players, and can put you together with the right people.

  • You need an advocate: Nothing worth doing is going to be easy. A new home construction project will have it’s hurdles. A guide can anticipate these things in advance and manage them on your behalf.

  • You need an expert: You aren’t a builder. Do not pretend that you are. A guide knows what to look for, what to ask, and what to demand.

When looking for a guide for a New Construction project, consider a local Realtor with new construction experience.  Local Realtors know the market, they know the builders, and they know how to make things happen.
